OUR STORY
Jason Kurkimilis founded South Elevation in 2018 to create memorable, practical, livable designs for homeowners and developers. Since then, we have completed projects ranging from small renovations to significant multi-family developments. Collectively, South Elevation has created over 600,000 sqft of single-family and multi-family plans.
Looking forward, we remain committed to building meaningful and long-lasting relationships with builders and developers by providing high-quality, well-thought-out home designs for spec building applications.
